Buying Items from the Shop:
- All items for sale on www.chynnabrown.co.uk/shop are available for purchase immediately. If there is a lack of stock of the item, then this item will be removed from the shop listings until it is in stock again.
- To pay for your items, please follow the instructions and you will be taken through to a PayPal payment option. - You will be updated throughout your purchase and throughout the shipping of your purchase. I will send updates when I have sent out any items.
- All products will be shipped within 1-2 business days guaranteed. (Except for Bank holidays and Public holidays due to Post Office opening hours. Please allow more time for your product to arrive at these times.)
- I will post your item(s) recorded delivery as proof of sending.
- I am contactable throughout the buying and shipping process and after you have received your item(s).
- I will notify by email that your item(s) are on their way to you.
- I will ship to International countries, please contact me as I will calculate a shipping price for you based on your location.
- All returns or exchanges for International customers follow the same conduct as for customers in the U.K.
Returns and Exchange Policy:
- Please contact me within 30 days of receipt if you are not happy with your item(s) and I will provide a return address for you to send undamaged items back to me, entitling you to a full refund. If an item is damaged I will not be able to provide a refund.
- If an item arrives damaged, I will need a photographic evidence of the item(s) before giving a full refund. This will entitle you to a full refund.
